Hobbies: I like to travel. I like all kinds of sports, but an advocate of keeping busy. I am a retired educator and believe in "life-long learning". I do volunteer work at a charter school where I evaluate teachers. I enjoy simple things in life such as a good book, or putting a 1,000-pieces puzzle together. I love my God and His people. I think that one of my greatest weakness is "jokes". It is not that I don't appreciate a good one, but I'm a "practical thinker" so it may take me a few minutes to catch the jest of the matter.

Favorite things: Vegan lasagna with plenty of beans and spinach is my favorite food. Gold is my favorite color.
Last reading: I enjoy a good book--one that I can pick up and devour in a few hours or even a few days. Presently I'm in a reading group where we are reading MINISTRY OF HEALING. I have read all of Ben Carson books except the last one. I can not seem to catch the flow in it. Doug Batchlor is another favorite author of mine. We have many brilliant authors, names and titles I cannot remember all, but the message(s) are engraved on my heart and mind.
