My name is Lorna and I am from the Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago but living in New York at present.I am a quiet, reserve and homely person. I am very ambitious and goal oriented. I am an old soul and like things from the past and the old fashioned values and ways of life. I love family life and being in the outdoors. My greatest passion is reading and cooking. I love entertaining my family and friend at my place however I like my space and quiet moments.I am also very straight forward, sarcastic and like to say whats on my mind however have learnt to apply tact when necessary even some humour as well. I like having fun by going to the beach, theme parks or an occasional movie. On my quiet days I prefer reading a good book or having a good conversation with friends.
I love to sing and enjoy praise and worship at church and also giving Bible studies. I am not a religious fanatic however I am a bit old fashioned in my religious beliefs without drawing too close to any religious dogma. I am not where I should be in my christian experience but I trust God to get me where I need to be.
I am here to make friends first and to explore what other possibilities that may exist.

A CAse for Christ by Lee Stobel. The Author uses investigative journalism to prove that Jesus is actually the Son of God. It a real nice book for youths or young believers. For anyone struggling with doubt or looking to reinforce their faith and understanding in Christ.
