We have been saved by grace through faith in Christ and His promises, it is the most wonderful gift we could have received. Praise the Lord for His goodness!

I am a very active person. I enjoy simply being outside or doing a host of things: I am an avid cyclist and tennis player. I look forward to being able to hike and camp in Yosemite National Park, as well as so many more beautiful parks here in the US. I also enjoy traveling outside the country to so many beautiful locations.

I enjoy spending time with friends, talking and sharing. I also enjoy sharing the Lord through Bible studies and just helping others.
I have to admit that while it is not the healthiest, I like pizza, probably too much :). I also enjoy most ethnic food, including thai, hispanic, indian and so many more.
I enjoy reading, although there rarely seems there's enough time to read everything on my list. My first choice is the Bible. The Lord's word is life. His promises are amazing, and they offer such strength.
I am in the process of reading the Desire of Ages again. It is one of my favorites along with Steps to Christ and Thoughts from the Mount of Blessings.
I was reading in Hebrews and Acts of the Apostles together, and so many things struck me, but here is one that was especially impactful, "If those who today are teaching the word of God, would uplift the cross of Christ higher and still higher, their ministries would be far more successful. Without the cross, man could have no union with the Father. On it depends our every hope. From it shines the light of the Saviour's love, and when at the foot of the cross the sinner looks up to the One who died to save him, he may rejoice in the fullness of joy, for his sins are pardoned. Kneeling in faith at the cross, he has reached the highest place to which man can attain" (AA 209, 210).
When I have time, I also enjoy reading a magazine about another destination or the beauty of nature found there. I might also be found reading a magazine about racing motorcycles or how to get more power from an engine. LOL
